2. Description of Service
Skhoolme provides an adaptive learning platform that personalizes educational content for learners across academic subjects and trade skills. The platform uses AI-powered recommendations to adjust content difficulty, format, and pacing.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: sharing credentials, circumventing safety mechanisms, submitting harmful content, or using the platform for purposes other than education.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including curriculum, assessments, and AI-generated materials, is the property of Skhoolme or its licensors. Portfolio documents generated by learners belong to the learner and their guardians.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Trade and vocational content is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional training, licensing, or certification requirements.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
