You pay $39/month (or $325/year) for each learner profile on your account. 1 learner = $39/mo, 5 learners = $195/mo, 10 learners = $390/mo. Every learner gets full access to all features. You can add or remove learners at any time — billing adjusts automatically.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 learner with core Math and ELA curriculum. When you need more learners or full features, upgrade and choose how many learner profiles you need.
What happens if I add or remove a learner mid-cycle?
Adding a learner is prorated — you only pay for the remaining days in the billing cycle. Removing a learner applies a credit to your next invoice.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Annual billing is $325/learner/year — that works out to about $27/month per learner, saving you 30% compared to monthly.
What if I have more than 49 learners?
Organizations with 50+ learners qualify for our Enterprise plan with custom pricing, volume discounts, SSO, API access, and a dedicated account manager. Contact sales to discuss your needs.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to free?
Your data is never deleted. If you have more than 1 learner profile, additional profiles become read-only until you upgrade again or remove profiles.
How does the AI tutor limit work on Free?
Free plan learners can send up to 5 messages per day to the AI tutor. The counter resets at midnight UTC. Paid learners have unlimited AI tutoring with no daily cap.
